An esteemed commercial supply company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for an entry-level role to operate and troubleshoot Assembly & Test automation systems. Responsibilities include performing routine checks, maintaining production flow, and supporting decision-making through data updates. The role welcomes diploma holders or fresh graduates and offers regular working hours with potential shift support. Knowledge of dispatching and programming will be advantageous.
Operate and troubleshoot Assembly & Test automation systems (e.g., APF, Scheduler).
Perform routine system checks to ensure smooth operation.
Follow dispatching and scheduling rules to maintain production flow.
Update and verify data in dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
Support line balance, area optimization, and report production bottlenecks.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest practical process improvements.
Operate internal systems such as MAM, ET, MES, Toolview, and VMS Mozart; escape complex issues when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma holder or fresh graduate; candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Knowledge of dispatching and programming is an advantage.
Regular working hours with potential requirement to support shift if needed.
