Overview

Qualifications
  • Primary Language: 中文 (as required to liaise with Clients from Taiwan and Mainland) & English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel
  • Preferably 中文 speaking candidates. Must be able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, responsible, good teamwork & interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handling daily Operation's transactions including the preparation, processing, and recording of Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates on project progress trackers and departmental reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping procedures are followed, including meticulous organisation and filing of all operational documents.
  • Provide administrative support including attending to telephone calls, managing correspondence, and handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management or Operation Administrator.
