Accounting Analyst I – General Accounting – (Mandarin Speaker) – (Global Business Services)

• Provide support in bank clearing and reconciliation. Provide support to the preparation, review and analysis of consolidated financial and management reporting to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results to meet management, shareholder, local and U.S. accounting requirements.
• Maintain assigned systems, processes, or process components in good working order and identify and recommend system improvements to ensure timely, relevant and accurate Financial Accounting Information. This includes, but is not limited to, responsibility for SAP R3 bank clearing and reconciliation process, standing and recurring journal entries.
• Ensure the integrity of monthly financial statements is maintained by completing detailed account reconciliations, and review of journal entry logs, to ensure the financial records accurately reflect the current status of transactions and events.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc) or pursuing a professional qualification
• 1–2 years financial accounting exposure in Corporate Business
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software; knowledge in SAP will be added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential to support China stakeholders
