Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills covering verbal, listening and written capabilities
  • Someone driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their financial goals
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive team environment
  • Someone with a great attitude who wants to start their career in financial services
  • A degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Management or relevant professional qualifications preferred
  • Previous experience in either a call centre or financial services environment will be highly regarded
Commitments
  • Complete ongoing training opportunities to upskill as you progress
  • Commit to the team for a 18 month period before progressing into other areas of interest within the business
  • Willing to alternate between Australia and US shift
