  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
  • Support account management activities by assisting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
