• Total 4 years’ working experience with Sales experience and outbound calling
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital marketing/online sales organization
• Excellent English and (language to support) communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
• Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients
• Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior
• Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Ability to multitask

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption.
• When applicable, manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.

Marketing experts are great at Solution selling and product recommendations. You will first understand the Advertisers’ goal, and identify Advertisers’ business objective to offer them products/solutions that help them achieve their goals. You have a great personality and are skilled in Outbound Sales & eloquent in English/Native Language to establish consultative relationship with Advertisers, so that they are receptive to your recommendations.
