A local bicycle company in Johor, Kulai, is seeking an office administrator to handle daily administrative tasks, assist in report preparation, and manage financial data entry. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, be detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate accounting records. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and organizing documents effectively.
Handle daily office administrative tasks (filing, documentation, data entry).
Assist in preparing reports, forms, and internal documents.
Assist in data entry of financial transactions (AP/AR).
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized.
Update spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems (soft copy & hard copy).
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and financial matters.
