Qualifications

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage bank reconciliation, payment approval process, and petty cash.
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Assist in HR tasks such as payroll support.

Responsibility

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage bank reconciliation, payment approval process, and petty cash.
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Administrative

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Maintain company documents, agreements, and compliance records.
• Assist in HR tasks such as payroll support.
• Support the management team in documentation and reporting.
• Lead and guide junior admin/account team members.
