In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

What you'll be doing
  • Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Effectively handle guest reservations, room assignments and billing
  • Provide information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services and the local area
  • Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
What we're looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
