Responsibilities

• Carry out sales & marketing activities to promote the company’s range of products and secure orders.
• Engage in indoor, outdoor, and online sales.
• Work in a team or individually with minimal supervision.
• Multitask, learn, and pick up new skills as required.
• Demonstrate good communication skills in English & Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop/Illustrator, and email marketing tools.
• Manage overall sales & admin work: paperwork, receiving stock, inventory management, and preparing stock for deliveries.
• Gather feedback and document sales and marketing activities, customer and market information systematically and timely.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required.
• Willing to work in Klang.
• Regular working hours 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to work on weekends if required, especially for emergency supply or during exhibitions or roadshows (salary paid).
• Willing to participate in all sales & marketing activities.
• Having own transport is an advantage.
