Senior Contracts Executive / Head of Unit (M&E)

The Senior M&E Contracts Executive / Head Unit will manage the full spectrum of contract-related work, ensuring efficient and effective contract administration, cost control, and procurement processes. The role demands a high level of independence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed M&E cost analysis and implement cost control measures and prepare monthly claims for on-going projects.
  • Perform cost estimation for future developments and manage procurement process including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Review and prepare final account statements for recommendation to the immediate supervisor.
  • Undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by the management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, cost control, and procurement.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and the Code of Conduct (COC).
