Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Executive in the Education Management Office, where you will contribute to the effective delivery of student and academic services within the School of Science. In this role, you will support key projects, events, and initiatives that positively impact undergraduate students, academic staff, and the broader community.

Your responsibilities will include a broad range of communication and administrative functions, such as managing the student life cycle, reviewing and analyzing course and unit improvements, and administering the University's learning management system. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance engagement, visibility, and membership across the School of Science’s social media channels and website.

To excel in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a results-oriented approach.

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Manager, Education Management Office under general direction.
