We are seeking a Senior Quality Resources Executive to join our team and lead initiatives that uphold the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in driving hospital accreditation programs and ensuring continuous quality improvement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Accreditation Management: Execute, coordinate, and monitor hospital-wide accreditation activities (e.g., JCI, MSQH, ISO).
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality improvement programs and performance indicators.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses (RCA) for clinical and non-clinical processes.
Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate organizational risks to enhance patient safety.
Maintain incident reporting systems and ensure timely corrective actions.
Training & Engagement: Provide guidance and training to staff on accreditation standards and quality protocols.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital quality management and accreditation processes.
Strong knowledge of MSQH standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
