Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
  2. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  3. Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and hardcopy records.
  4. Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  5. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and office maintenance contractors.
  6. Support finance teams in administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, petty cash claims, and employee documentation.
  7. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
