A healthcare company located in Penang is seeking an experienced administrator to manage daily operations and support various administrative functions. Responsibilities include handling office supplies, managing company documents, facilitating meetings, and ensuring a clean and safe office environment. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and an SPM or higher in Business Management. The role requires multitasking skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
Responsible for handling the company’s daily Administrative affairs, including document circulation, data filing, and office supplies management.
Assist in establishing and improving the company’s Administrative management systems, and ensure proper implementation.
Responsible for the registration, maintenance, and allocation of the company’s fixed assets and office equipment.
Manage the office environment and common areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
Organize and provide support for meetings, including meeting notices, venue arrangements, and minute-taking.
Responsible for the management of company vehicles, cafeteria, dormitory, and other logistical affairs.
Oversee external service providers for utilities, security, and cleaning to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Responsible for drafting, printing, and distributing company documents such as official letters, notices, and announcements.
Establish and maintain the company’s filing and archive management system to ensure completeness, confidentiality, and security of all records.
Assist management in data collection, statistical analysis, and preparation of Administrative reports.
Assist other departments with Administrative-related tasks.
Help organize employee activities and support corporate culture initiatives (such as team building, annual events, etc.).
Participate in attendance management, cost control, and preparation of monthly reports.
Participate in the optimization of company policies and the improvement of administrative processes.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
SPM and above in Business Management or related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience for this position
Able to read and write report

Ability to work in a fast paced and aggressive environment
