You will lead area managers and sales teams, implement marketing strategies, and support store expansion. Qualifications
- Experience as a Retail Operations Manager or Regional Manager in the fashion industry.

Job Summary The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to improve performance.

Work closely with area managers
Coach sales team in driving the business

Business analysis & presentations
Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies
Implement strategic marketing plans
Regular store visits in the region
