Overview

As a Sales Support Engineer (Spare Part) at KANON Loading Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales efforts by providing technical expertise and customer service for their range of loading equipment and spare parts. Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and guidance to customers on the selection, installation, and maintenance of KANON's loading equipment and spare parts
• Assisting the sales team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up on customer inquiries
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure timely availability of spare parts
• Collaborating with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
• Attending trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits to showcase KANON's products and services
• Continuously expanding your technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry regulations and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support or technical support role, preferably in the industrial equipment or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of loading equipment and spare parts, including their selection, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management, order processing, and customer relationship management
