Job summary
A fast-growing fashion retailer in Selangor is seeking a Head / Senior Manager of Marketing & eCommerce. You will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives and leading the eCommerce strategy, ensuring seamless customer journeys that enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate has 8 to 10+ years of experience in marketing and eCommerce, with strong analytical and collaboration skills. Excellent proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with partners in China.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, brand marketing, or omnichannel retail.
- Strong expertise in brand marketing with proven omnichannel strategy leadership.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive brand awareness.
- Lead eCommerce strategy and manage commercial performance for website.
- Oversee performance marketing across multiple digital channels.
