Job description

Responsibilities

• General CS role: To support INTI in achieving its financial goal through building strong relationships with industry partners and alumni and generating enrolment numbers from the collaborations with industry partners.
• Drive sales and marketing activities in the aim of delivering target.
• Provide a positive and superior counselling experience professionally.
• Coordinate collaboration meetings with industry partners and develop pipelines through corporate engagement, workshops and preview sessions.
• Organize or assist in organizing the working professional programmed preview sessions in the aim of increasing enrolment.
• Coordinate the event/activities with employers by working independently or with other sub-units under Career Services Department, such as campus Career Services team, Sales team (Working Adult Programme), Alumni team, and other QS team members, plus other relevant stakeholders.

• QS role: Identify and communicate with industry partners based on the criteria for QS nomination.
• Support the Head of Unit for Global Ranking – Employer Reputation in coordination with yearly QS industry partners nomination submission, including reminding employers about QS survey.
• To support INTI in achieving its financial goal through generating enrolment numbers from the collaborations with industry partners, from developing sales pipelines through corporate engagement, to counselling sessions & enrolling the working adults.
• Drive sales and marketing activities to deliver the target.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
• Preferred candidates with relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with 2-3 years of related working experience is preferred for senior role.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Experience in handling events and activities will be an added advantage.
