Job summary
A leading marketing firm in Johor Bahru seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support promotions, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Marketing or related fields, strong communication skills, and SAP experience. Responsibilities include maintaining marketing resources, supporting distributors, and reporting on sales performance. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is crucial as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients. This role also requires a willingness to travel and handle inquiries outside office hours.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or support roles preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with CRM systems and event coordination.
- Familiarity with the direct selling or MLM industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Maintain and update marketing tools and resources.
- Provide support and guidance to distributors.
- Handle distributor inquiries and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Branding Department on marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and trends.

Support marketing promotions, campaigns, and events, including coordination and follow-up.
Maintain and update business center marketing tools, posters, and resources.
Provide support and guidance to distributors to help achieve sales and Travel Award (TA) targets.
Handle distributor enquiries and feedback, and conduct training or motivational sessions (online or in-person).
Assist in Travel Award preparation, analysis, and tracking distributor progress.
Coordinate with the Branding Department on marketing videos, digital content, and campaign materials.
Monitor and report on sales performance, promotion outcomes, and market trends.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Perform any other marketing-related duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or support roles preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with CRM systems and coordinating events
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills and the ability to deliver engaging training or sharing sessions
- Familiarity with the direct selling or MLM industry is a plus
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
