Job description

As the Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for building brand visibility, managing our social media presence, and creating engaging content that reflects our mission. You’ll play a key role in connecting our initiatives with audiences, partners, and the wider community. You will be responsible for driving brand recognition for PSC and most importantly, increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for PSC through marketing initiatives, contributing to the increase in revenue for PSC.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management

Develop, plan, and execute brand campaigns in line with our mission and impact goals.

Support in the development of brand collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

Work closely with internal teams and partners to produce impact-driven storytelling content, ensure all PSC / partner campaign deliverables are executed in a timely manner.

Support in the execution of digital and on-ground campaigns, activations, and community programs.

Track and report on campaign performance.

Social Media & Content

Plan, manage, and grow our social media presence & engagement across ALL social platforms.

Develop monthly content calendars, schedule & publish content aligned with campaigns, key social dates, partner events and community events.

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community.

Manage SEO efforts to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Oversee digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media).

Collaborate with the Video Content & Design Executive to produce multimedia content for campaigns.

Monitor campaign / content performance, analyse data, and recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Brand & Content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and practices (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
