Requirements

Responsibilities
Brand Management
  • Act as the brand custodian for assigned brands.
  • Localize campaigns and marketing assets to fit the Malaysian market.
  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing calendars in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor brand consistency across retail, digital, and trade channels.
Trade & Retail Marketing
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, POSM materials, and product displays.
  • Coordinate with sales and retail teams on activation plans to drive sell-through.
  • Liaise with key retailers and partners on promotional campaigns and visibility opportunities.
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to align brand campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
  • Manage influencer/KOL collaborations according to brand guidelines.
  • Support content creation that highlights key product features and campaign objectives.
  • Plan and assist in digital advertising, campaign funnels, and performance tracking.
Event & Activation
  • Plan and support participation in baby fairs, roadshows, and other on-ground activities.
  • Ensure strong brand presence and engagement through sampling, demonstrations, and promotions.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Track campaign performance, sales uplift, and marketing ROI.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Submit brand performance updates and post-campaign reports.
