Job description

Overview

To manage all aspects of factory’s administration, production, and up-keep of premise to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Working closely with other Department to implement and execute activities in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures such as SMETA, GMP, ISO, OSHE etc.

Ensuring regulatory and authorities’ (DOE, DOSH, MPK, BOMBA, etc.) requirements are met, including licensing, permits, certificates and other relevant approvals are obtained and renewed at all times.

Achieve Operational Excellence objectives, initiate and implement continuous improvement and cost saving plans with the objective to ensure optimal use of company resources and minimizing wastage.

Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management from time to time to better manage the factory environment.

Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Increase production, machines capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
