Job summary
A leading staffing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for tasks related to Invoice to Cash processes. Responsibilities include invoicing, billing, and ensuring accurate production of documents. Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or Risk Management are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and the ability to adhere to organizational standards are essential for this role.
Qualifications

- Must be able to perform tasks associated with invoicing and billing.
- Basic understanding of Insurance and related legislation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks associated with Invoice to Cash processes such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely production of complex documents and report preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues for updates and resolutions.
- Adhere to organization’s standards and SOPs.
- Assist in investigating queries and errors while driving improvements.
Skills
Education
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance and Risk Management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Perform tasks associated with Invoice to Cash processes such as invoicing, billing, reconciliation etc.
- Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
- Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs.
- Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement.
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
