Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operation Coordinator to join our team at WH RADIATOR & AUTO PARTS (M) SND BHD' in Banting, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our online sales channels, overseeing order processing, inventory management, and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Handle daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• Follow up on orders, process returns/exchanges, and manage dispute cases
• Communicate with platform support in English effectively
• Assist with product listings, inventory updates, and data tracking
• Support administrative or data-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English (reading & writing) for communication with platform support
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks independently
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms; experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok is a plus
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced online retail environment
