Job summary
A global high-tech engineering group is seeking an HR Manager to develop HR policies, ensure compliance with local legislation, and foster a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR operations, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Malaysian labor law. This position offers the opportunity to drive HR initiatives and work closely with management teams in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
- Close partnership with the site manager in delivering the results.
- Establish and maintain local HR policies and ways of working.
- Support and coach managers and teams to help achieve organizational goals.
