A leading semiconductor technology company in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Store Planning Manager to lead a team and oversee planning and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain and strong project management skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a planning role within warehouse or manufacturing.
• Preferred: Certifications in project management or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop the Warehouse/Store Planning team.
• Oversee the planning and execution of work orders, addressing delays.
• Plan and lead NPI/Project Transfer activities.
• Act as main liaison between Warehouse and other teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
