We are seeking a skilled Service Specialist ( ELV & Security Systems) to join our team at Infinite QL Group Of Companies' in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our critical electrical, low voltage, and security systems.

• Perform technical services on a wide range of low voltage & security systems such as CCTV, Facial recognition and etc
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with equipment and systems
• Carry out scheduled inspections and testing to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and system performance
• Collaborate with project teams to support the installation and commissioning of new systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as required
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

• Relevant technical qualification in Engineering / IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical, low voltage, and security systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address system malfunctions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and detailed maintenance records
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
