Job summary

A facilities management company in Putrajaya seeks a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of two office buildings and a shopping center. Responsibilities include managing contractors, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with policy, conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating repairs.   • Maintain the common areas of two office buildings and one shopping center.
  • Oversee the work for minor construction jobs.
  • Bid out, negotiate, and oversee the work of contractors.
  • Track and pay invoices.
  • Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
  • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
  • Check completed work by vendors and contractors.
  • Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed.
  • Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
  • Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
  • Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
