Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a role that requires troubleshooting and maintenance of machines in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include training customers on machine operations and optimizing performance via improvement activities. Job Description

• First responder for all machine issues (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance)
• Conduct machine training (operation, maintenance, basic application) to customers (engineer, technician and operator)
• Provide guidance to engineer/operator/technician on how to fully utilize machine and its integrated function to maximize machine performance capability
• Plan, schedule and execute machine improvement activities (MTBA, OEE improvements, error reductions, conduct preventive maintenance)
• Act as technical/engineering interface for Sales and Application members

Qualifications

• MUST have own car and need to drive to customer
• Language: English
• Education: Degree in Electronics & Electrical / Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience:
  • Min 1 to 2 years experience in servicing customers in semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
  • Experience or knowledge related to laser devices
  • Willing to travel (KL branch usually will travel to Seremban, Melaka, Muar, Johor Bahru)
• Other Language: English
