Job description

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

On-time delivery: Safely collect LPG materials from scheduled locations and deliver to designated destinations on time.

Loading accuracy: Oversee loading/unloading, verify the correct materials and quantities, and follow company weight policies (minimum/maximum).

Vehicle care: Keep your truck clean, tidy, and in good working order; perform daily walk‑around checks.

Route planning: Choose the quickest and safest route; obey road rules and company safety regulations to meet customer requirements.

SOP compliance: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure deliveries are stamped/acknowledged; manage delivery documents accurately.

Delivery execution: Deliver goods exactly as stated on the Delivery Order (DO).

Issue reporting: Immediately report defects, accidents, violations, delays, or delivery issues to the Planner and Supervisor.

Record keeping: Log mileage and work details for every trip; retain fuel and toll receipts.

Maintenance coordination: Flag any major maintenance needs; schedule and arrange vehicle repairs with the workshop as required.

Safety and prevention: Inspect vehicles for mechanical/safety issues and support preventative maintenance actions.

Team support: Assist with ad‑hoc assignments when requested by the Planner or Supervisor.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

Must‑have: SPM and valid GDL Bersendi (E).

Clean, responsible driving habits with strong safety awareness.

Experience with rigid lorries and handling hazardous or regulated goods is an advantage.

Able to follow SOPs and handle delivery documentation accurately.

Physically fit to assist with loading/unloading where required.

Good communication and problem‑solving on the road.

Work locations and travel:

Primary regions: Selangor, Kota Bharu, Melaka, Kelantan (outstation travel required).

Willingness to travel between locations based on delivery schedules.
