Job description

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Site‑Based Technician to join our team in Malaysia. The Technician will play an essential role in carrying out general repair, installation, and maintenance works involving electrical, mechanical, air‑conditioning, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and ACMV systems. The ideal candidate will be technically competent, safety‑conscious, and capable of performing routine inspections and maintenance works to ensure smooth site operations while adhering to established standards and schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, installations, operation, regarding electrical, mechanical, air‑conditioning, carpentry, plumbing, painting, ACMV system.
• Perform general routine inspection of vital operating tools and equipment to ensure smooth operating per schedule.
• Carry out general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing works according to standard.
• Preparing work site by clearing debris and maintaining site safety.
• Conduct maintenance works on windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures according to specifications provided by contractors or architects.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or equivalent.
• Minimum Technical Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prompt and physically fit.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia in writing and speaking and other languages are added advantages.
• Possess own transport with GDL license and willing to travel for work purposes.
• Able to work independently.
• Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
