About the role

LILAS DERMALOGICA is seeking an experienced Skincare Therapist to join our team in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services and treatments to our valued clients. As a Skincare Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering the highest standards of customer care and helping our clients achieve their skincare goals.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a range of advanced skincare treatments and therapies including facials, peels, extractions and body treatments
• Conduct in-depth skin analyses and consultations to recommend tailored treatment plans
• Advise clients on relevant Dermalogica home care products and guide them on proper skincare routines
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
• Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, organised and stocked with necessary supplies
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Skincare Therapist
• Extensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and their effects on different skin types
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and advise clients
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage a busy treatment schedule
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
