A leading retail company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in store operations. The role demands at least 10 years of experience, including management capacity, and requires strong leadership and communication skills. In this position, you will develop safety protocols, manage risk assessments, and train staff to ensure adherence to safety standards. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is essential. Reporting to the Store Business Navigation & Operations Manager, with a matrix reporting line to the Risk & Compliance Manager, Ikano Retail, you will oversee the safety, security, and compliance of our store operations. You will lead the integration of risk management frameworks into store processes, promoting a safety-focused culture while ensuring adherence to IKEA’s standards and local regulations.
