Job Description

You will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing structures for various building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.

• Assist on structural design projects for a diverse range of buildings and structures
• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving structural analysis and design.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure project success
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry level engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline with CGPA > 3.5.
• 0-2years of experience in structural engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience working on large and complex projects is preferred
• Innovative thinking and ability to develop creative structural solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Etabs, Autodesk Robot, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, SAFE, StaadPro etc is preferred.
• Experience and skill in parametric modelling and computational design is preferred
