Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of ITM reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for ITM program’s improvement.

Work you’ll do
  • Review, investigate and analyse Insider Threat Monitoring (ITM) cases to identify, prioritise and report issues for potential security incidents or threats
  • Triaging all Insider Threat alerts within SLA guidelines
  • Initiate, establish, and maintain effective working relationships with business lines to facilitate information gathering or support joint investigative efforts
  • Assist with preparation of ITM reporting, including root cause analysis to identify patterns and trends purpose
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive ITM program’s continuous improvement
  • Providing ad‑hoc support to other team members within SEA Data and Security as and when required from time to time
