Resumo da oferta
A leading hospitality services provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its offshore support services in Malaysia and Singapore. This role involves securing new contracts, developing market strategies, and engaging with clients in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and a network in the industry. The position requires frequent travel and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Qualificações
- 5–8 years in business development or key account management in offshore oil & gas, marine services, or remote site hospitality.
- Familiar with offshore contract catering, marine support logistics, and HSE requirements.
- Established connections within Malaysian oil & gas operators or drilling contractors.
Responsabilidades
- Identify, qualify, and secure new offshore opportunities.
- Develop and execute a local go-to-market strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with local and regional client stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze offshore market trends.
- Work closely with Operations and HSE teams.
