Job description

Plan, develop ideas, and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities (including product launches, event management, roadshows).

Assist in marketing management involving brand development, promotions, and other relevant activities.

Participate in conceptualizing and completing photoshoots and video productions to support content goals.

Work closely with in-house designers to conceptualize and produce sales materials in accordance with the approved branding policy, such as posters, buntings, flyers, backdrops, billboards, and advertisements.

Collaborate with potential programs such as sponsorships, digital campaigns, and corporate sponsorships to achieve company brand goals.

Ensure branding and sales materials comply with global branding guidelines.

Conduct collection reports and analysis, and present findings to leaders and management.

Coordinate with team members (Digital / PR / Media) to ensure all content aligns with the approved plan.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Media, Branding, Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinking, initiative, and some knowledge of Photoshop are advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills.
