Job Purpose

Lead the ongoing execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to drive profitable growth for Colgate Palmolive, collaborating with the commercial organization including Customer Development, Consumer Marketing, and Finance teams.

The role involves managing the 7 price levers (Non-promoted shelf price, Promo shelf price, Price flow, Mix, Pack and Size, New Products, Cross-border pricing) and ASP, focusing on benefits for Shoppers, Customers, and CP.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Design and enhance the Revenue Growth Management program at Colgate Palmolive, South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore & Indonesia).
  • Execute multiple RGM projects across various REs and customers, focusing on Pricing, Promo optimization, Trade Terms effectiveness, Mix, and Pack/Formats strategy.
  • Integrate Revenue Management into annual planning and monthly reporting processes.
  • Improve Category annual planning based on RGM principles.
  • Ensure RGM aligns with CP Commercial Selling Principles.
  • Prepare scenarios for budgeting purposes.
  • Monitor actual prices and costs versus budgets, reporting monthly on contributions achieved.
  • Influence sizing and pricing strategies across different REs and categories.
  • Lead mix management strategies to increase profitability for CP and customers.
  • Participate in customer meetings and JBPs in SAH to drive trade spend productivity.

Experience

Essential: Minimum 10 years in pricing, promotions, finance, marketing, or sales

Desirable: Minimum 5 years of direct RGM experience

Professional Qualifications & Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English
  • High proficiency in MS Office and Google collaboration tools
