As an Intermediate Draughtsman/Illustrator, you will work closely with architects. As a Draughtsman/Illustrator, your role is important to:

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Possess knowledge of statutory requirements
• Have good technical knowledge of construction details, materials, and methodology
• Prepare drawings according to design requirements and specifications
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of drawings
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by our managers

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma/Professional Certificate in Architecture
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Required Skills: AutoCAD Drafting, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, SketchUp
• An independent self-starter, able to deliver within tight deadlines with minimal guidance
