Responsibilities
Assist and report to the Business Operation Manager (IT) in managing the technical support team.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving complex issues that cannot be handled by the support team.
Investigate and analyze recurring technical issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance the quality of technical support services.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, servers, networks, and other infrastructure components.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service level agreements.
Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to enhance the technical skills of team members and end-users.
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma/post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Candidate must be a Male & Chinese and able to speak and read in Mandarin (As require liaising with Mandarin speaking clients due to work nature)
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong technical knowledge, strong networking capabilities and relationship management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and a strong team player.
