• Collaborate with departments to monitor spending, costs, and financial performance.
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and implementation of financial controls.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc analysis.
• Work on assigned projects to improve financial systems, reporting, or efficiency.
• Rotate through key finance functions as part of the training program.
