Job description

Provide technical support and solutions by guiding customer step-by-step via phone, email, or on-site assistance.

Handle warranty claims by coordinating repairs, replacements, and warranty documentation.

Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical related concerns from clients or other employees.

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot new launch products or systems to ensure proper functionality.

Provide training to clients or internal staff on system usage and maintenance.

Able to collaborate with various department team member to address defects and improvements.

Available to provide on-site support for customer

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferrable someone in In-depth understanding of security system product and willing to learn. However, fresh grad is welcome to apply.

Bachelor\'s degree in IT or a related computer field OR significant experience in networking.

Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Willing to learn new things
