About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – After Sales to join our Service Department. You will play a key role in supporting customers, resolving HVAC/chiller technical issues, and ensuring smooth service operations across local and international markets.

What You Will Do
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for HVAC/chiller products.
  • Lead advanced diagnostics, repairs, and testing for escalated cases.
  • Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to drive product improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain service documentation, manuals, and technical bulletins.
  • Support warranty evaluations, parts verification, and replacement logistics.
  • Manage SAP documentation (SO, DO, PGI) and coordinate shipments.
  • Analyze service data and customer reports to identify trends and propose corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC field service or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in chiller systems.
  • Ability to read and understand Chinese-language technical documents will be an added advantage (speaking proficiency not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with a collaborative team spirit.
