Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Handle general office administration duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide assistance and support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 (one) year working Experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes is beneficial.
Accounting Skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record‑keeping.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of SQL software is added advantage.
