Overview
We are an established and expanding Building & Civil Construction company in Seri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, seeking for a talented and motivated candidates to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Handle general office administration duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives.
- Provide assistance and support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or its equivalent.
- At least 1 (one) year working Experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes is beneficial.
Accounting Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record‑keeping.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of SQL software is added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Administrative Skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Pleasant, supportive, initiative and prompt follow up action at all times.
