Job summary

A modern restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join their culinary team. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to the restaurant's standards
  • Manage the daily operations and workflow of your assigned kitchen station
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team
  • Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean, well‑organised and efficient work environment
  • Adhere to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • A team player with the ability to lead and inspire junior kitchen staff
  • Proficient in both Malay and English languages
  • Position level and salary will be based on experience and performance during the interview.
