We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Cum Admin to join our dynamic team at BYHISDAISY INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD.'. In this full-time position based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's human resources and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general inquiries
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance the employee experience
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for processing company-related transactions such as purchases, payments, reimbursements, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Be flexible, cooperative and able to give commitment with other tasks if required.
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR Cum Admin role, preferably within the consulting or generalist HR industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset
  • Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
  • A relevant Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
