This role requires over 10 years in Product Management and significant experience in the Credit and Lending sectors. • 12+ years of industry experience in Retail SME Digital Bank, Credit Bureau, or Lending Fintech.
• Understanding of Credit rating and lending regulations in Southeast Asia or South Asia.

• Manage Product managers, Credit sales, UX/UI, and Data acquisition.
• Develop Business plan for P&L objectives including pricing and costs.
• Work closely with IT for timely product delivery.

Job description

Fast growing FinTech in the Credit, Data & Lending space require a head of Product Management to run a team of Product and Sales managers and work closely with clients on tailored solutions.

The Position:

• Team management of Product managers, Credit sales, UX/UI and Data acquisition.
• Use commercial acumen to work closely with clients to understand their business and how to design and deliver products that suit their needs.
• Develop Business plan to deliver P&L objectives to include pricing, costs, and to make the case for each product launch.
• Work closely with IT to deliver products in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Conduct post launch performance metrics using tracking SLAs.
• Work closely with the Group CEO on all Product & business related matters.

Is this you?

• 10+ Years in Product Management and 4+ years in a management role.
• 12+ Years’ industry experience from either Retail SME Digital Bank, Credit Bureau or Lending Fintech.
• A good understanding of the regulatory environment related to Credit rating and lending in Southeast Asia or at least South Asia.
• A digital native with proven commercial acumen in driving P&L performance through great products.
• Knowledge of analytics and visualisation programs.
• Experience in a high growth start up or rapid expansion environment is required.
