We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Tampoi, Johor. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output.
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the production team, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production processes
Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of finished products
Analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to optimise performance
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to production activities
Participate in the development and implementation of production strategies and KPIs
Diploma or degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control processes.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software – ERP, and Microsoft Excel
