Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and Invoices.
  • Coordinate customs clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
  • Handle invoicing and billing with accuracy and timely submission.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, haulers, and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving documentation-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless trade and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or operations within logistics/warehousing (3PL preferred).
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and invoicing processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
